Large Garden Room, Structural Alterations & Patio

Although Brackstone Builders has become well known for work on period properties, we are equally at home working on modern properties as in this instance where we were commissioned to remove a bay window and to construct a contemporary garden room with a large Indian sandstone patio.

The scheme is sympathetic to the style of the property but presented some logistical challenges in manoeuvring large RSJ steels and hoisting them into position. The job also included substantial internal alterations including removing large walls to create open and spacious rooms at this relatively modern property. ​
