Based in Coulston, Wiltshire, This is a contemporary design and a combination of hand-made bricks, oak frame and larch cladding with paths and paving around.  The roof was designed as a double hip by the architect to minimise the barn hip on the existing property.  Further minor alterations were carried out to this property at the same time.

Garden Room Extension to an Oriental Style House - We constructed this large garden room extension from a local architect’s design reflecting the oriental style of the existing property.   

This project included constructing a new porch, and extension to the right hand side and a garden room together with the formation of large openings.

We also undertook re-roofing plus refurbishment to the existing cottage.

Although well known for working on period properties we are equally comfortable working on modern properties.

This scheme entailed the removal of a bay window and large walls internally to create open and spacious rooms.  The propping and logistics of manoeuvring large RSJ steels and hoisting into position was extremely challenging. We also constructed a contemporary garden room and laid large Indian sandstone patios to the rear.
