This bespoke design and build service enables us to work closely with you to bring your ideas to fruition. We’ll go through your wish list and then come back with a fully designed and priced project. Because this is a bespoke service, it means we can work either to a specification or to a budget – whichever best suits your needs.

In order to offer this level of service, we have built excellent working relationships with a small team of highly regarded architects, draftsmen and building surveyors. These are well recognised and respected experts in their fields; they will lead the planning process, produce the drawings to your specifications and deal with all aspects of building regulation.

Understanding the planning process can be challenging for those not regularly involved in this area – which is why our team will undertake the negotiations with planning officers and  authorities to arrive at an agreement which meets your expectations and which complies with current planning policy.
